Bernadette Norton

Bernadette Ann Brown Norton, age 79, of Beacon Falls, the beloved wife of James Joseph Norton, entered into rest on Monday December 25, 2023 at Complete Care (Glendale) in Naugatuck. She was born in Derby on May 21, 1944 daughter of the late George and Clara Lipke Brown. Bernadette enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening, painting and her home in New Hampshire on the lake. She was the owner of Conklin Sherman Company of Beacon Falls. Most Importantly, her favorite passion was her family. She wanted to be the best Wife, Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma and Sister. Bernadette will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Her loving family, in addition to husband James, her sister Agnes Brown Bishop, including her children Joseph W. Norton and his wife Christine of Cheshire; George T Norton and his wife Paula of Beacon Falls and Sarah Jane Molnar and her husband Joseph of Seymour; her eight Grandchildren: James, Thomas, Rebecca, Russell, Kristina, Elisabeth, Margaret and Joseph and Great-Grandchildren: Isabella, Clara and Eliza. as well as several nieces and nephews.
