Doreen A. Rocco

Doreen A. Rocco, age 76, of Seymour, the beloved wife of 51 years to Fredrick Rocco, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bridgeport on April 13, 1945, loving daughter of the late William Frederick and Dorothy Kollmannsperger Baggs. Doreen was a loving, caring and kind hearted soul who lived for her family. She loved to cook, especially baking desserts for everyone during the holiday and other occasions. Doreen enjoyed gardening and grew many beautiful flowers over the years. She was very religious and had a lot of faith in God. Most of, Doreen loved to spend time with her family and many friends. She will be sadly missed by all, but will remain forever in our hearts. Her loving family in addition to her husband Fred includes her children Philip, Brian and Noelle and her sister Judy Keogh and her husband Patrick. A Mass of Christian Burial in Celebration of Doreen's Life will be held on Monday, November 22, 2021 at 10:00 am DIRECTLY at Holy Rosary Church, 10 Father Salemi Drive in Ansonia. Burial in the family plot at Mt. St. Peter Cemetery in Derby will follow. Friends and relatives are kindly asked to wear a mask to the church service. Cemetery Details Mt.
