Joan C. Costabile

Joan C. Costabile age 72, of Oxford, CT, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Monday, November 30, 2020. She was born in Livingston, NJ on July 14, 1948, the loving daughter of the late John and Alice Fitzpatrick Bollenbach. Joan was a retired secretary at Seymour High School for many years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She liked to spend time with her family and friends but most of all she cherished the time spent with her granddaughter. Joan will be sadly missed but will remain forever in our hearts. Joan's loving family includes her two daughters Michelle Schoch of Oxford and Nicole Costabile of Seymour, and her cherished granddaughter Emily Sura of Oxford. Due to the current health conditions affecting us all at this time, all funeral services will be private. A Memorial Service in memory of Joan will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Joan's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , through the funeral home. Cemetery Details Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
