Pelletier, Sr., entered into rest peacefully on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at the MidState Medical Center in Meriden surrounded by her loving family. She was born in New Haven on July 20, 1939, loving daughter of the late Charles and Lydia Neps Weber. Judy was the long time Receptionist for Dr. George Tzepos of Seymour for many years. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Oxford and was very active in the Seymour community as a member of several clubs and organizations including the Christmas Parade Committee, the Seymour Land Trust and the Pumpkin Festival. Judy was predeceased by her brother Robert Weber and her sister Arlene Porter. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Judy's memory may be made to the Seymour Christmas Parade Committee or to the Seymour Land Trust, both through the funeral home.
