Susan M. Beach

Susan M. Beach entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on November 3, 2022. Susan is survived by her beloved husband, Philip D. Beach III, her daughter, Karen Barnes and her husband Robert and her sons Philip D. Beach IV and Jeffrey Beach and his wife Monica, her brother Robert Manion of West Haven, her sister Judy Wilson and her husband Robert of Oxford, her brothers-in-law Dan Beach and his wife Noreen of Milford and Woody Graham of Milford. Susan was a loving grandmother to her four grandchildren, J.R., Megan and Patrick Barnes and Amanda Beach. Born on October 27, 1942 in Derby, CT, she grew up in Milford and graduated from Milford High School Class of 1960. Sue had an extensive career in Human Resources for several major corporations including U.S. Motors, Wayside Furniture, Eaton Corporation, Toro, Boehringer Ingelheim and later working in the academic field and retiring from Yale University. She was an avid home decorator, especially at Christmas time, enjoyed baking, being with her family and traveling. Her favorite destination was Palm Desert, CA where she vacationed with her husband many times. Sue was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She gave her heart and soul to her family. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family. The family would like to encourage all who loved Susan to embrace friends and love their family unconditionally. Cemetery Details A Celebration of Life and Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
