Thomas D. Niezelski

Thomas D. Niezelski, age 83, of Seymour, the loving husband of 40 years to Wanda Justice Niezelski, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. He was born in Derby on February 17, 1938, the loving son of the late Joseph and Helma Bergquist Niezelski. Tom proudly served his country in the United States Marines and later worked for forty-five years at the Kerite Company in Seymour. He loved fishing, especially ice fishing, hunting and walking his dogs Oliver and Sheba. Most of all, Tom loved to spend time with his family and many friends. He will be sadly missed by all but will remain forever in our hearts. In addition to his loving wife Wanda, Tom is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Joseph and Robert Niezelski and his sisters Alice Conroy, Lillian Swanat and Charlotte Koslowski. All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
