Wiliam C. Buffing Iii

William C. Buffing, III, age 78, of Oxford, the beloved husband of Patricia Buffing, entered into rest peacefully on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. He was born in the Bronx on March 6, 1941, son of the late William and Dorothy Hermanns Buffing, Jr. Bill loved spending time at Lake George, fishing, the outdoors, gardening, bird watching and the work he did as a remodeling contractor. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and many friends. Bill will be sadly missed by all but will remain forever in our hearts. Bill's loving family in addition to his wife Patricia includes his children Diane and Stephen Doyon, Lori and Bill Bernabucci, Kathryn and Michael De Blasio and Michael Buffing, his grandsons Wyatt Doyon and James De Blasio, his sister Lynn Buffing and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Gayle Jarvela. All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Bill's memory can be made to the American Heart Association.
